Due to a National Wrestling Tournament, the FIRST WEEK OF FUTSAL CAMP ONLY (Session 1), will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

Instructors will be players from Alianza (Utah's Major League Futsal team) and will focus on *How to carry the Futsal ball *Dribbling *Juggling *Moving into open space *Moving without the ball *Positioning *Discipline to do all of the above

This camp will focus on Drills and Assessment, Ball Control, Shielding, Passing and Receiving, Finishing, Basic Game Theory with Scrimmage Games, and more in a fun and active environment.

Due to a Wrestling Tournament, the FIRST WEEK OF VOLLEYBALL CAMP ONLY (Session 1), will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

This camp will teach the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and energetic environment.  Learn to move and play the game with a focus placed on repetition and technique to help develop muscle memory for a variety of skills.  With a balanced training environment, the camp will focus on developing hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and integral volleyball technique.

Lacrosse combines the basic skills used in soccer, basketball, and hockey into one fast paced, high scoring game. Athletes will learn all the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, all in a fun, non-checking environment.

Summer Wrestling Camp will focus on teaching the basic skills and fundamentals necessary to compete in the great sport of wrestling. Competing in wrestling can promote a higher level of self-confidence, discipline, concentration, and coordination.

*Please note: Because we secure trainer's contracts based on the number of sign-ups, refunds cannot be issued.
Sport City reserves the right to combine age groups based on number of participants and/or skill level.
