SUMMER SCHOOL - 6 Week Training Program
18 hours of elite soccer training focused on developing the individual player
Starts August 9th!
Training philosophy and curriculum comes
from English Premier League team Southampton FC.
Soccer Specific Training
5 minute Warmup, stretch and movement with a ball
20 minute Individual skill work, juggling and bounce back nets
20-30 minutes of drills with speed, agility and strength training
20 minute Decision Making
20 minute High level game situations
5-10 minute Recovery sessions
$225 per Player for 6 Week Program

Player assessment - Physical and Skill
18-24 hours of top training

Our goal is to help youth players change the concept of training physically and technically in soccer. Our hope is that after the program ends players will want to work harder to improve, train more often on their own, change what they eat to a cleaner diet and ultimately become better individuals and soccer players.
