  • Our staff will monitor entry into the facility.  You will not miss the start time of your activity.  If there are groups scheduled before you, any current groups on courts/ fields must be exiting before other athletes are allowed on the court/field. Please be courteous to others and exit the facility as quickly as possible.
  • We strongly recommend everyone sanitize as they enter/exit the facility.  Sanitizer is provided at the front desk and throughout the facility for your convenience.

2020-2021 YOUTH FUTSAL | $700 per team, per session | includes ref fees

Session 2 Runs: Jan 8th - Apr 3rd, 2021
REGISTRATION DEADLINE WAS: January 1st, 2021
A $50 LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL REGISTRATIONS AFTER THE DEADLINE.

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR TEAM

    1. There will be 2 sessions consisting of 8 games each. The below policies apply whether you register online or in person at the facility.
    2. Session 1 runs October 30 - December 26, 2020. (Registration Deadline: October 23, 2020)
    3. Session 2 runs January 8th - March 31st, 2021 (Registration Deadline: January 1st, 2021).
    4. All teams must be paid in full by the Registration deadline to be put in the league. Any teams not paid in full will be taken out of the league.
    5. We will accommodate ONLY ONE tournament request. Any others cannot be guaranteed.  Tournament requests must be emailed to scheduling@soccercityutah.com by January 1st 2021.  Any requests made after this date will not be guaranteed.  If the request is not emailed, it will not be valid.  All requests must include exact team name, league registered in, and the dates of the tournament. Due to Boys High School and JV soccer leagues needing to finish by the end of February, we are unable to guarantee any tournament requests. We will look at any request to see if we can accommodate but it is not guaranteed. This does not apply to 2006 age group.
    6. NO GAMES will be rescheduled due to Forfeits.
    7. We will not be able to accommodate rescheduling requests without the rescheduling fee of $30 paid at the time of the request. All reschedule requests must be at least 7 days before the game that you would like changed. Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and depend on the number of teams signed up and any available time spaces.
    8. If you have more than 1 team in the same division, they will play each other.
    9. We reserve the right to combine age groups, divisions, and leagues if needed without notice. We also reserve the right to divide the league into divisions if needed without notice.  If an age group is combined, the rules for the oldest age group will apply. If a team registers in the wrong league,  we do not guarantee to redo the schedule. Due to the complexity of scheduling which affects multiple leagues, rescheduling leagues is very difficult. It is your responsibility to make sure you register in the correct league. There is a $200 reschedule fee for any league reschedules depending on whether we are able to redo the leagues.
    10. If you have multiple teams, we cannot guarantee the game times.  We will try to accommodate as best as possible but please keep in mind that we have a lot of teams that will be hoping for the same accommodations and even though we strive to make it easy for our athletes and coaches, we cannot always accommodate every team each week.
    11. Your team manager or coach is responsible to have all parents/legal guardian of players complete a waiver on the website and then email your roster to info@soccercityutah.com one week prior to the first game. Failure to provide a roster will result in your team not being placed on the schedule or forfeited games already scheduled. Players who already have a waiver in the system do not need to complete a new one. You can find the waiver by going to the following link: http://sportcityutah.com/waiver/
    12. Team fees are non-refundable nor transferable.
    13. Referee fees are included in your registration costs which must be paid IN FULL at the time of registration.

      1. All training times must be paid for before the first date of training.
      2. There will be no refunds for canceled training times.
    15. Teams are allowed to play in older divisions but older teams cannot register into younger leagues.
    16. Weekday games start as early as 3:30 PM and may end as late as 10 PM. Start and end times are based on the leagues. High school varsity and High school JV are selected first to play the 3:30 and 3:45 pm games, then High School JV, etc.

    17. Saturday games start as early as 7 AM and may end as late as 10 PM.
    18. Games may be scheduled in daytime hours during Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, New Year's Eve, Martin Luther King Day and Presidents Day.
    19. It is your responsibility to check your schedule on a regular basis to verify game times, days and any possible changes. You can check your schedule at www.sportcityutah.com. DO NOT take a screenshot or picture of your schedule.
    20. All rules will stay relevant to age groups for both sessions except for the heading rule.
    21. HEADING: 2008 and younger CANNOT head the ball Session 1 and 2009 and younger in Session 2.
    22. Game ball for 2009 and older is size 4 futsal; Game ball for 20010 and younger is size 3 futsal.
