SUMMER LEAGUE NOW REGISTERING!

Divisions

Level B Co-Ed – B level players are more advanced than just recreational players. These players understand the game and are able to perform most of the necessary skills required to be successful. These players have competed on club, high school, or somewhat competitive recreational teams, and have been very successful in doing so. Co-ed division will require at least 3 women on the roster. These teams will follow standard co-ed rules. They will play on a co-ed height net and with a standard mens size ball.
 
Level B Women's – B level players are more advanced than just recreational players. These players understand the game and are able to perform most of the necessary skills required to be successful. These players have competed on club, high school, or somewhat competitive recreational teams, and have been very successful in doing so. Womens division teams will consist of an all womens roster. These teams will play on a womens height net and use a standards women size ball.

GAME SCHEDULING

Each team will have 8 scheduled games, 7 round robin games and 1 championship match. Registration for this league will close at 10PM on Monday, May 6th. The schedule for the first week of games will be posted on Wednesday, May 15th. Once the first week of games are completed, the schedule for weeks 2-7 will be created and posted on Monday, May 20th. Once all 7 weeks of round robin play are completed, we will create a championship match for each team for the final week. The championship schedule for week 8 will be posted on Monday, July 1st.

 

If there are any changes to the schedule once the schedule has been posted, a message will be sent out to all the team captains in that division. Game times are 7PM, 8PM, & 9PM. Games will be full match play, best 2 out of 3, sets to 25 with the 3rd to 15 if needed. Please check the online schedule every Friday before games.

ALL PLAYERS
• Must be registered with the Sport City Office in order to play within the facility.
• Must sign a waiver or have a legal guardian sign a waiver on their behalf.
• Must have a picture taken within the last two years on file.
• Players are allowed to play on only one team per league, per session and must be rostered on the team.
• Rostered players may play as a substitute on another team only after receiving approval from management of SportCity.
• Players are allowed to play in more than one division only after receiving approval from management of Sport City.
ADULT PLAYERS
• To play in an adult league you must be 16 years old or older and show a government issued photo ID to play.

TEAM CAPTAINS
• Sport City will consider person registering the team as the "Team Captain".
• Team Captain Responsibilities: to make sure all players are rostered with a photo, all team fees are paid, including forfeit fees, cancellation or drop out fees, etc.  Make sure players with a "suspension" do not play until suspension is cleared, all subs obtain a "sub" card from the front desk.  DO NOT REGISTER THE TEAM IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE TEAM CAPTAIN.

CANCELLATION / DROP OUT / FORFEIT
• There will be an additional $50 “Drop Out” Fee (in addition to your non-refundable deposit $50) to any team that drops out of a league.
• If a team drops out after the session has started the team will be responsible to pay $80 per game played or scheduled within the week in addition to the non-refundable deposit. Once two games have been played, all team fees are non refundable. If the team decides not to continue playing, they may be removed from the league to avoid forfeit fees but no refunds will be given.
• A $45 forfeit fee will be charged for any scheduled game not attended.  Payment of the forfeit fee is due immediately and will be charged to the card used to register the team.

Saturday Co-Ed B-Division

Games May 18, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, July 12

$350 per team --Deadline to register 5/6/24 or until league is full

By registering a team it is understood the I am the captain of said team registered, I have read and agree to follow the "rules & policies" posted by Sport City, and I agree to be responsible for this team, and its team fees. Venmo payments to referees are not allowed for privacy reasons.  If the game is not attended, a forfeit fee will be charged.  If the facility closes, the league will resume once the facility is reopened.

Saturday Women's B-Division
Games May 18, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, July 8
