Lacrosse combines the basic skills used in soccer, basketball, and hockey into one fast-paced, high scoring game. Athletes will learn all the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, all in a fun, non-checking environment. (Ages 5-12)

This camp will teach the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and energetic environment. Learn to move and play the game with a focus placed on repetition and technique to help develop muscle memory for a variety of skills. With a balanced training environment, the camp will focus on developing hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and integral volleyball technique. (Ages 5-12)

Both of my boys have done the soccer academy and have loved it! The trainers are knowledgeable and really cute with the kids! We would definitely recommend it!
We did the summer academies last year and are coming back this year! It's so much better than the local rec programs. My daughter loved it and can't wait for the summer.
My son has done the basketball academy several times and thinks its great. He's inviting two friends to join him this summer. The coaches are friendly and have taught him the skills he needs in a positive way!
Our older kids play soccer in the winter at Soccer City and our younger ones do the academies. They've done soccer and basketball and can't wait to try lacrosse and rugby this June!
Sport City does such a great job with the academies. My son, niece, and nephew come to the summer academies and have such a great time. They do a great job keeping the kids entertained in a healthy way so they don't get bored.
My daughter did Soccer and Yoga last year and loved it. She wants to do soccer again and wants to learn more about lacrosse and volleyball! We are thrilled to have a facility that has all of the options available!
